A legal disclaimer

By placing an order with Affirmi Co, you agree to the following:

  • All orders are handmade or customized. Please review your details carefully before checking out, as we are unable to make changes once production has started.

  • Processing times vary:

    • Affirmation Bottles: 3–5 business days

    • Custom Party Favors & Gifts: 5–10 business days (or as communicated during booking)

  • Rush orders may be accepted on a case-by-case basis with an additional fee.

  • Prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change at any time.

  • All product designs, affirmations, packaging styles, and content are the property of Affirmi Co and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and handle your information with care.

  • We only collect information necessary to process and ship your order.

  • Your contact information will never be shared or sold to third parties.

  • All payments are securely processed via our trusted payment platforms.

  • If you sign up for our emails or waitlists, you may unsubscribe anytime using the link provided.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order, but due to the nature of our products, please note all sales are final.

For Affirmation Bottles:

  • Each bottle is carefully packed. If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 1 day of delivery with photos at affirmibrand@gmail.com and we’ll send a replacement.

For Custom Gifts & Party Favors:

  • Custom items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • If there’s a clear error on our part (wrong item, missing piece, etc.), reach out within 3 days and we’ll work to correct it.

  • Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Spelling or info errors submitted by the customer

    • Late event dates if the order was placed close to the deadline

    • Change of mind after order is confirmed

    • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

Shipping Policy

  • Orders are shipped via Canada Post unless otherwise specified.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

  • Affirmi Co is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or weather conditions.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address due to customer error.

  • For event-based custom orders, we recommend placing your order at least 3–4 weeks in advance to avoid timing issues.
